Terms of Service
Hereby, the parties draw up a total lease agreement of a Private Hired Vehicle with a driver by a minimum duration of thirty (30) minutes, according the provisions of article 1 of sub-paragraph H.2 of paragraph H of article one of law 4093/2012 (Government Gazette A 222). The lessee may claim the termination at an earlier time or extend it or withdraw from it, after timely consultation with the lesser and paying the relevant rent or compensation.
The agreeded price includes the cost of renting a PHV with a driver, as well as 20 km of route per renting hour. Apart from these, as well as special charges (tolls, etc.) are charged separately.
Customer Consent
As defined in article 4 paragraph 2 subparagraph “a” of Ministerial Decision 43618/1925 (Government Gazette B’ 2251/11.06.2019), I confirm that I have been informed that the above-mentioned elements of the Contract that concern me, are registered in the Digital Platform of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation. All my personal data (name, identity or passport details, pickup point) are deleted within twenty four (24) hours from the end of the Contract.
The smooth functioning of the services offered at We Transfer you relies on the proper organization of chauffeurs and their vehicles, so that they will be at their scheduled appointments on time and without delay. For this to be possible, we ask that our clients be precise when filling in their booking details, i.e. clear and exact arrival information, and to inform us immediately of any changes to arrival time or other specifics, so that we can update our drivers’ schedules in a timely fashion.
Failure to do so will result in our company having to apply the terms and conditions that have been set out for our unimpeded functioning, and which are available in detail on our company website.
If you cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a full refund minus any charges Card/Bank may make for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of €5.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a 50% refund minus any card handler/bank charges for the refunding of the sum and a 5% administration fee with a minimum of €5
All payments are made through the same method you selected when booking.
